MAKE-UP CLASSES: All language courses are 7 weeks long and must be paid in full before starting the class. A make-up class is only available if A COMMON LANGUAGE offers a course of the same level during the same session.

REFUND: To receive a refund for a language course, the student must contact A COMMON LANGUAGE at least 7 days before the start date of the course. If the student cancels after 7 days from start of class the student will receive a credit valid 6 (six) months.

PRIVACY POLICY: A COMMON LANGUAGE is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its students, and  website visitor. To this end, we have prepared this notice regarding what personal information we collect and how it is used:

when you sign up for a class via our website, we request only the information needed to complete your registration (name, email and telephone number), as well as your PayPal or credit card information to process your payment.

Your email address enables us to send you a registration confirmation and receipt and to subscribe you to our monthly newsletter for class schedule updates. Your instructor may also use it to send study materials for your class. Your phone number will be used only in the event that your class needs to be cancelled due to teacher illness or inclement weather. If you prefer not to give your email and phone number at the time of registration, you may enter an “x” in either or both of these fields but please be aware we would then be unable to contact you in the event your class is cancelled or postponed.

For your own security, your credit card information is not stored permanently on our web server.

A COMMON LANGUAGE never shares any of your personal information with third parties, for marketing or other purposes.

Newsletter subscribers: We invite visitors to our website to subscribe to our monthly newsletter. This is done by voluntarily submitting your email address in the subscribe field, registering for a class online, or emailing us a question. You may unsubscribe at any time, and your email will never be shared with third parties for any purpose.
